Service Description

Our Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspections are carried out by certified fire protection technicians in strict compliance with municipal fire department regulations, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 standards, the Ontario Fire Code, and commercial insurance policies. Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection will include: • Inspection of mechanical parts and physical condition of 4 Units • All monthly inspection requirements. • Recognize and correct potentially hazardous situations • Inspect safety seals, tags, pressure gauge reading, and labels • Check hanger/seismic bracing. • Determine if units are compliant or non-compliant. • Application of certificate for compliant extinguishers, non compliant extinguishers removed and exchanged with compliant extinguisher.
